Renous is assisting a turnkey interior solution provider to hire an Assistant Manager - Sales. The role focuses on leveraging strong professional connects in schools, institutes, and campuses to create opportunities for the clients' team to present its design and interior solutions to decision-makers.
As part of the client's team, you will play a key role in driving outreach within the education sector by building strong connects with principals, trustees, and other decision-makers across schools, institutes, and campuses. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, opening doors for the client’s team to present its turnkey design and interior solutions, and acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.
This role requires a self-driven professional with excellent networking and relationship-building skills, who can leverage existing connects, create new opportunities, and consistently meet lead generation targets. Success in this role will come from persistence, persuasive communication, and the ability to build trust with stakeholders in a competitive and fast-growing market.

Identify and connect with principals, trustees, admin and other key decision-makers in education institutes.
Leverage professional networks to generate new opportunities and open doors.
Schedule meetings and introduce HDA’s offerings to potential clients.
Act as the first point of contact before passing qualified leads to the senior sales team.
Consistently achieve lead generation and outreach targets
Must Haves
Proven experience (3-7 years) in sales/business development
Strong professional connects within the education sector (schools/institutes/campuses) - must-have.
Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and persuasive, with a knack for opening doors.
Prior experience in education, interiors, or allied industries would be an advantage
Nice to Have
Exposure to design, interiors, or architecture-related sales.
Ability to create engaging sales pitches and presentations
Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and outreach
