Talent Sourcing Specialist

Multiple Locations,

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong professional network or a robust candidate database, and genuinely enjoys the challenge of finding the right people for the right roles.


You’ll use your research skills, market insights, and networking abilities to identify and connect with potential candidates across various industries. Your role will involve understanding client needs, mapping the right talent, and maintaining an active pipeline of skilled professionals.


You’ll also collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to help refine search strategies, share market intelligence, and ensure timely and high-quality talent delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute targeted search strategies aligned with hiring requirements.

Leverage market knowledge and insights to refine sourcing approaches and identify relevant talent pools.

Conduct industry and function-specific research to map the talent landscape and provide market intelligence.

Reach out to potential candidates to pitch opportunities, gather referrals, and maintain engagement.

Support in evaluating and shortlisting candidates based on defined role requirements.

Maintain accurate trackers, reports, and summaries for client presentations and updates.

Manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Must Haves

Minimum 3 years of sourcing or research experience, preferably in TechnologyBFSI, or Healthcare domains.

Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.


Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage concurrent projects.


Demonstrated experience in candidate outreach, pipeline development, and relationship management.


Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Nice to Have

Experience in market mapping or executive search assignments.


Familiarity with ATS tools, Excel-based reporting, or data-driven sourcing insights.


Exposure to global talent sourcing or niche hiring environments.


Analytical mindset with the ability to present research and market intelligence effectively.
