Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Location: Gurgaon 
CTC: As per Industry
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Work Timings: 9:30 am to 7:00 pm
Sector Experience:  HR, Consulting / Leadership Development,  Events & Conferences / Networking Forums,  Media & Professional,  Community Platforms,  Hospitality
Team Members: Individual Contributor
Travelling Required: Yes

Do you possess these skills?


Event Planing, Execution & facilitation :  Experienced in planning and facilitating online and offline events, driving meaningful conversations, and ensuring active community engagement. 
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with ease in interacting with senior leaders.
 Skilled in onboarding members, managing expectations, and maintaining consistent participation.


Managing Communication & Content Flow : Demonstrates strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail, paired with creativity in developing content ideas, campaigns, and engaging discussion topics.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, partners, and internal teams. Ability to create a welcoming environment and address queries or concerns professionally.

How will your day look like?

  • Review community conversations and respond to messages, queries, and updates across WhatsApp / LinkedIn / Email. ​
  •   Plan and schedule communication — announcements, event invites, reminders, follow-ups, and content posts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on upcoming events, speakers, logistics, and campaign plans.
  • Follow up with participants and speakers for upcoming roundtables, webinars, or meetups.  
  •  Track engagement metrics, participation levels, and feedback to identify improvement areas.
  • Brainstorm creative content ideas, activities, campaigns, and engagement formats to keep energy high.
  •  Build relationships with participants, industry leaders, key stakeholders, and active community members.
  •  Maintain and update member databases, event trackers, and reporting dashboards.
  •  End the day by summarizing key actions, follow-ups, and next-day priorities.
