Job Description
How will your day look like?

Review community conversations and respond to messages, queries, and updates across WhatsApp / LinkedIn / Email.
- Plan and schedule communication — announcements, event invites, reminders, follow-ups, and content posts.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on upcoming events, speakers, logistics, and campaign plans.

Follow up with participants and speakers for upcoming roundtables, webinars, or meetups.
- Track engagement metrics, participation levels, and feedback to identify improvement areas.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas, activities, campaigns, and engagement formats to keep energy high.

Build relationships with participants, industry leaders, key stakeholders, and active community members.
- Maintain and update member databases, event trackers, and reporting dashboards.
- End the day by summarizing key actions, follow-ups, and next-day priorities.
