By using our platforms, submitting information, or participating in our services or events, you consent to the practices described herein.

Renous conducts leadership meetings, roundtables, webinars, and conferences (“Events”) as part of our community and thought-leadership initiatives.
When you register for or participate in an Event (online or in person), we may collect:
- name, designation, organisation, and contact details;
- professional background and interests;
- event preferences, photographs, or video recordings;
- feedback or survey responses;
- payment or billing information, if applicable.
We use this data to:
- manage registrations, logistics, and communication;
- issue confirmations and post-event updates;
- share relevant materials or networking opportunities;
- publish limited photos or highlights (with consent where required);

Event Sponsors and Partners
With your explicit or deemed consent at registration, Renous may share limited Personal Data (such as name, designation, company, and email) with Event sponsors, knowledge partners, or collaborators for legitimate networking or follow-up purposes connected to that Event.
Such partners are contractually bound to use the data only for the stated purpose and in compliance with data-protection laws.
If you prefer not to have your information shared with sponsors, you may indicate this during registration or email info@renous.in.
Renous does not sell or rent attendee or client data.
7. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Where data is transferred outside India (for example, to cloud hosting or service providers), Renous ensures:
- adequate protection under contractual or statutory safeguards;
- compliance with DPDP Act and GDPR principles; and
- that recipients process information only for authorised purposes.

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law.
Once that period expires, the data is securely deleted, anonymised, or archived.

- Nominee Right – nominate another individual to exercise these rights in case of your death or incapacity.
Requests can be sent to info@renous.in. We acknowledge all legitimate requests within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 business days.

Renous employs administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards including:

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
