We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resource Manager with 4–7 years of experience, preferably in the e-commerce or marketplace industry. The ideal candidate will be a strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) with demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management systems (PMS), employee engagement, vendor management, compliance, and cultural transformation. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving organizational growth through people strategy, leadership development, and operational
excellence.

Design and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals, particularly for mid to senior-level roles.
Build a robust and scalable recruitment framework using data-driven insights and
market intelligence.
Collaborate closely with leadership and department heads to forecast workforce
needs, succession planning, and organizational structuring.
Establish metrics and reporting tools to track hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and talent pipeline health.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across all stages of recruitment and
onboarding.
Act as an advisor to employees and leaders on people matters, while driving engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
Enhance employee experience from onboarding to exit through wellness programs and continuous feedback.
Drive performance management, career development, compliance, and employee relations to ensure fair, growth-oriented, and legally aligned HR operations.
Lead a lean HR operations team, manage external partners, and support workforce planning to deliver on HR goals and business priorities
Must Haves
Proven experience (4 - 7 years) in HR experience, preferably in e-commerce, IT, or marketplace environments.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, labor compliance, and ethical people practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with client leadership teams.
Proficiency with HRIS systems, applicant tracking tools, and analytics dashboards.
Self-driven and accountable mindset — someone who takes ownership of the HR process across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Nice to Have
Certification in HR analytics, coaching, or employment law is a plus.
Background in organizational development or change management.
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment — understanding of the challenges and urgency involved in scaling teams quickly.
