Refund Policy 

General principle

Renous is an invite-only, curated peer intelligence platform. Seats at all Renous events and programmes are limited by design. When you accept an invitation and confirm your seat, that seat is held for you and withheld from others. Our refund policy reflects that commitment on both sides.

Fellow Seats (Roundtables)

Cancellations made more than 3 days before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund or a credit transferable to a future roundtable. Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable; however, your seat may be transferred to a colleague of equivalent seniority, subject to Renous approval.

No-shows are non-refundable.

TRP -- The Renous Plenary (Tickets)

Cancellations more than 14 days before the event date: 50% full refund. Cancellations within 14 days: non-refundable; seat transfer to a peer of equivalent seniority permitted, subject to approval.

TRB -- The Renous Biome (Membership)

Annual membership fees are non-refundable once onboarding is confirmed. Pay-per-event session fees follow the Fellow Seat cancellation terms above.

Sponsor and Partner Programmes

All sponsor, Intelligence Partner, Table Moderator, and programme fees are governed by the terms in your confirmed agreement. Please refer to your agreement or write to us at Info@renous.in.

Event rescheduled by Renous

If Renous reschedules a confirmed event, you will be offered the next available date at no additional cost. If the new date does not work, a full refund will be issued.
