Terms and Conditions 

1. Agreement

By accepting an invitation to any Renous event or programme, purchasing a seat, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

2. About Renous

Renous is an invite-only peer intelligence platform for India's C-Suite. All events, programmes, and memberships are curated and access-controlled. Renous reserves the right to decline or revoke any registration that does not meet its curation criteria, with a full refund where applicable.

3. Events and Programmes

Renous hosts multiple formats including roundtables, The Renous Plenary, The Renous Biome, and sponsored programmes. Specific details -- date, venue, format, and fee -- are confirmed at the time of invitation or registration.

Renous reserves the right to reschedule any event with prior notice to registered participants. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternate date or a full refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

4. Payment

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment must be completed to confirm your seat. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Seat Confirmation and Transferability

Each registration or seat confirmation is for one named individual. Seats may not be shared or gifted without prior written approval from Renous. Transfer to a colleague of equivalent seniority may be permitted at Renous's discretion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation terms.

6. Confidentiality and Room Conduct

All Renous events operate under a strict off-the-record convention. Participants agree not to record, transcribe, summarise, or share the content of conversations that take place inside any Renous event -- in any form, to any audience.

Participants are expected to maintain peer-level professional conduct at all times. Renous reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the session or violates these terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All Renous content, frameworks, publications (including The Renous Vantage and The Renous Tracker), event formats, and brand assets are the intellectual property of Renous Extenserve Pvt Ltd. Nothing shared as part of a Renous event or programme may be reproduced, distributed, or published without written permission.

8. Recording Policy

Participants may not record any Renous event -- audio, video, or otherwise -- in part or in full. Renous may, at its discretion, record or produce content from its events for internal or external use.

9. Limitation of Liability

Renous Extenserve Pvt Ltd and its team are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in any Renous event or programme. Outcomes from peer conversations, introductions, or business interactions facilitated through Renous depend entirely on individual judgment and action.

10. Sponsor and Partner Terms

Sponsor, Intelligence Partner, Table Moderator, and programme fees and obligations are governed by the specific agreement confirmed with each partner. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a confirmed sponsor agreement, the sponsor agreement prevails.

11. Changes to Terms

Renous reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in Renous events or programmes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
