We are hiring a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to spearhead the financial strategy and governance for a multi-billion-dollar Family Office headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The CFO will be responsible for leading all financial operations, including strategic planning, capital allocation, investment oversight, and risk management across a diversified portfolio of operating companies and global holdings. A key mandate includes ensuring full compliance with Saudi regulatory frameworks, including Zakat, VAT, and corporate governance standards.
This is a high-impact leadership role demanding financial acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of both local and international financial landscapes. The ideal candidate brings strategic foresight, proven experience managing complex financial ecosystems, and the ability to drive value creation across investments and enterprise functions.

Lead financial strategy and planning aligned with the Family Office’s long-term goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support investment decisions.
Ensure compliance with ZATCA regulations including Zakat, VAT, withholding tax, and corporate filings.
Monitor public / private investments and real estate assets; support due diligence and execution.
Provide financial oversight to operating companies, including budgets and cash flow management.
Manage liquidity planning, banking relationships, credit facilities, and fund transfers.
Supervise consolidated financial reporting, audits, and compliance with SOCPA/IFRS.
Represent the family in board meetings and investment committees, offering strategic financial insights.
Identify financial and operational risks and drive governance best practices.
Must Haves
Proven experience (12 + years), with a minimum of 5+ years in a CFO or senior finance role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (mandatory); Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification highly preferred.
CPA, CMA, CFA, or SOCPA certification (at least one is mandatory).
Experience working in family offices, investment holdings, or contracting/real estate sectors.
Deep knowledge of Saudi Zakat, VAT, and tax compliance.
Background in Saudi-based conglomerates or investment-led portfolios
Nice to Have
Experience representing companies in board or committee meetings
Familiarity with managing finance across subsidiaries and joint ventures
Arabic language skills (not mandatory but a plus).
