What Led to the Birth of Renous HR Shared Services?
Our Founder Varun Dhingra, a Chartered Accountant by profession, after years of working in investment banking, faced a recurring challenge—hiring the right talent for his own team. Despite being in a high-paying industry, he found it incredibly difficult to find the right candidates who could meet the high demands of his team.
As Varun spoke with tens of his PE and VC friends, he discovered that he wasn’t alone. These firms, while investing in fast-growing companies, struggled with the same issue—finding and retaining the right talent.
It quickly became clear that businesses were failing to meet their full potential not because of a shortage of candidates, but because they lacked the proper HR frameworks to help talent grow and succeed.
This insight led to the creation of Renous HR Shared Services (HRSSC). What started as a solution for his own struggles in investment banking soon evolved into a broader vision.
Today, Renous is on a mission to become India’s largest HR Shared Services provider, ensuring businesses not only find top talent but also build the systems, culture, and leadership necessary to retain and nurture that talent for long-term success.
