Freelance Recruiter

We’re looking for freelance recruiters who can support us in hiring across domains. If you have strong sourcing skills, a network in any industry, and a passion for closing roles, we’d love to work with you on a success-based, freelance model.
Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
Compensation: Per closure / Incentive-based (details shared after onboarding)

Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networks
- Conduct initial assessments and share shortlisted CVs
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate pipelines and reports
- Ensure timely closure of roles
Must Haves
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals & LinkedIn
- Must possess access to job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, etc.)
- Good communication and follow-up discipline
- Ability to work independently and close roles within timelines
- Familiarity with at least one domain (Tech / Non-tech / Finance / Sales / HR)
Nice to Have
Experience in niche or specialized recruitment — such as hiring for specific technical roles or leadership positions across industries like tech, finance, etc.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) — experience using tools like Zoho People, Freshteam, Keka HR, Oracle HCM or Workday to streamline recruitment processes. Any ATS experience is good-to-have
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment — understanding of the challenges and urgency involved in scaling teams quickly.
