As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will collaborate closely with client leadership teams and internal stakeholders to drive strategic hiring initiatives. You will be part of a team that not only hires top talent but also helps businesses grow through people.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid and senior-level roles across multiple clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.

Work directly with client hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and build tailored hiring strategies.

Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals to build strong and diverse pipelines.

Own candidate experience by maintaining regular communication, providing timely updates, and ensuring a smooth interview process.

Track and report hiring progress regularly, flagging any potential bottlenecks and suggesting solutions to meet hiring targets.

Must Haves

Proven experience (1–8 years) in talent acquisition, especially mid and senior-level hiring across industries.

Excellent sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards — plus strong networking abilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with client leadership teams.

Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously without compromising on quality or timelines.

Self-driven and accountable mindset — someone who takes ownership of the hiring process from start to finish.

Nice to Have

Experience in niche or specialized recruitment — such as hiring for specific technical roles or leadership positions across industries like tech, finance, etc.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) — experience using tools like Zoho People, Freshteam, Keka HR, Oracle HCM or Workday to streamline recruitment processes. Any ATS experience is good-to-have

Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment — understanding of the challenges and urgency involved in scaling teams quickly.
