US IT Recruiter : India-Based (Multiple Locations)

 We are looking for experienced and driven US IT Recruiters who can support our clients in the U.S. staffing and tech ecosystem. This role requires deep understanding of the U.S. recruitment landscape, strong sourcing skills, and experience with working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

You will work closely with U.S.-based recruitment managers and hiring teams to identify, screen, and coordinate with top IT talent across North America.

Job Title: US IT Recruiter

Location: Remote / WFO (India-based)

Work Hours: US Shift (EST/PST)

Experience Required: 1–14 years in US IT Recruitment (Multiple Positions)

Manage end-to-end US recruitment
Maintain compliance with U.S. hiring and documentation norms
Familiarity with US work visas and employment classifications
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Willingness to work in shifts aligned with US time zones

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and job specifications in U.S. IT domains (cloud, data, AI/ML, cybersecurity, etc.)

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals

Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, cultural fit, and availability

Coordinate interviews with clients and manage candidate pipelines

Negotiate compensation packages aligned with market and client expectations

Work with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.

Ensure timely updates and communication to internal teams and clients

Maintain compliance with U.S. hiring and documentation norms (e.g., work authorizations like H1B, GC, USC, etc.)

Must Haves

Proven experience (1–14 years) in US talent acquisition, especially mid and senior-level hiring across technologies. 

Excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-ray, LinkedIn, etc.)

Familiarity with US work visas and employment classifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience using ATS platforms (Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL, etc.)

Willingness to work in  shifts aligned with US time zones

Exposure to client interaction or direct account management

Understanding of technical skills (Java, Python, AWS, DevOps, Salesforce, etc.)

Experience recruiting for both contract and full-time positions
