We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader. As the Senior HR Professional, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing the people strategy in alignment with business goals. You will build scalable HR systems, lead a high-performing HR team, and create a culture that attracts, engages, and retains top talent.
This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across the entire HR spectrum, including talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, employee experience, and organization design. The ideal candidate is a proactive, agile leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is passionate about enabling people and culture to drive business growth.

Strategic HR Leadership: Define and execute the people agenda in alignment with business strategy, partnering closely with the management, founders, investors and other stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Build and execute talent strategies to scale rapidly across functions and geographies. Champion employer branding and recruitment excellence.
Culture & Employee Experience: Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven culture. Drive employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives.
Performance & Rewards: Oversee performance management processes, goal setting, feedback cycles, and compensation frameworks aligned to business outcomes.
HR Operations & Compliance: Lead end-to-end HR operations including HRMS, payroll governance, labor law compliance, and audit-readiness.
Policy Development & Governance: Design, review, and implement progressive HR policies and handbooks in alignment with statutory norms and organizational ethos.
People Analytics: Develop dashboards and analytics to enable data-driven decisions around hiring, attrition, engagement, and productivity.
Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and collaborate with external partners, finance, and legal on cross-functional priorities.
Must Haves
8 - 20 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving people strategies in dynamic and growth-oriented environments.
Proven track record in building HR systems and teams from scratch and managing scale.
Deep knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR best practices, payroll coordination, and compliance.
Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with leadership teams.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with HR tech platforms (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in a PE/VC-backed startup environment, GCC and other Global organization
Exposure to organization design, change management, and leadership development.
Experience managing diversity and inclusion programs.
Familiarity with ESOP management, C&B structuring, and HR automation tools.
